• Campaign and order data including package selections, target URLs, instructions, and progress status.
• Agent task activity and proof assets (for example screenshots, links, and metadata needed for verification).
• KYC documents and identity data when required for compliance, funding, or withdrawals.
• Payment and wallet records, including deposits, payments, rewards, and withdrawals.
• Technical logs, device signals, and support communications needed for security and customer service.

We use your information to operate the marketplace and related features, including to:

• Provide Creator campaign payment and Agent task fulfillment.
• Verify proof, prevent fraud, and settle rewards according to Platform rules.
• Process wallet funding, payments, and withdrawals with payment partners.
• Complete KYC and meet legal or compliance obligations.
• Support your account, resolve disputes, and improve Platform reliability.

Creator campaign requirements and Agent proof may be processed by Platform staff and automated systems solely to fulfill and verify campaigns. We do not sell personal data. Agents should avoid submitting unnecessary personal data in proof files beyond what a campaign requires.

We may share data with payment processors (such as Monnify), KYC providers, hosting and security vendors, and other service providers who help operate the Platform, under appropriate safeguards. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the Platform, Creators, Agents, or the public from fraud or abuse.

We retain account, payment, KYC, and proof-related records for as long as needed to operate the Platform, resolve disputes, and meet legal, tax, and compliance requirements. When retention is no longer required, we delete or anonymize data where practical.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure; please protect your login credentials and never share passwords or one-time codes.

You may request access or correction of your account information via support, subject to legal retention requirements for payments, KYC, and compliance records.
